- Ken brings nearly two decades of experience in all aspects of residential air conditioning to his position as division general manager. He is certified and factory-trained specialist by all major air conditioning equipment manufacturers. He is responsible for managing daily operations, scheduling of residential air conditioning repairs, maintenance agreements, system upgrades, retrofits and replacements.
