Shaw Mechanical Wins Office Building Contract
ORLANDO, Fla., October 31, 2007 – Shaw Mechanical Services, LLC secured a nearly $1 million contract with Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC for mechanical contracting services for Colonial Center 400 at TownPark, a class “A” office building under construction in Lake Mary, Fla. The Shaw team provided pre-construction services to the general contractor, and is now handling the installation of HVAC systems for the new, five-story, 175,674-square-foot office building. According to David Shaw, president, Shaw Mechanical Services, the project is due for completion in the spring of 2008.
Colonial Properties Trust of Lake Mary, Fla., Is the project’s developer. Mechanical contracting is provided by AHA Consulting Engineers of Roswell, Ga.
