Shaw Mechanical Changes Out HVAC System in One Week
ORLANDO, Fla., March 4, 2008 –It took Shaw Mechanical Services, LLC just one week to complete the $200,000 HVAC system change-out for The School District of Osceola County’s administration building in Kissimmee, Fla. The fast-tracked, design/assist project called for the complete shutdown of the system, demolition of existing mechanical pumps, piping, a chiller and associated carpentry, followed by the installation of a new 100-ton air-cooled chiller, new electrical variable frequency drives and pumps. Shaw completed the project, including equipment start-up, ahead of schedule.
Mechanical engineering was provided by Sabiston Engineering Group, Inc., Apopka, Fla.
